Which areas do you cover?
We work in Rabat and in the neighbourhoods listed in the « Service areas » section. If yours isn't listed, contact us: we'll tell you right away whether we can come.
How do I get a quote?
The easiest way is to send us a description and a photo on WhatsApp, or to fill in the quote form. We get back to you with an estimate.
Is the quote free?
Yes, the estimate based on your description and photos is free and with no commitment. If a paid diagnostic visit is needed, we tell you beforehand.
Do you work for businesses?
Yes: offices, shops, building managers, landlords. We can also offer regular maintenance.
Jobs and appointments
How does a job go?
You contact us and explain what you need (ideally with a photo), we reply with a diagnosis and an estimate, then we set an appointment. After the job, we check the work with you.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I send the form?
No. The form sends an appointment request: our team contacts you to confirm the time slot.
Can I send photos?
Yes, on WhatsApp or directly in the quote form (3 photos maximum, 5 MB each).
Do I need to be there during the job?
It's better. If that isn't possible, we can agree on a solution (handing over keys, caretaker, photos of the finished work).
Pricing and quotes
How are your prices calculated?
Based on the type of job, the time needed and the materials. The price is always given before work starts.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, we can supply the materials or use those you have bought. The quote specifies this.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are given to you with the quote.
